How to use your Hybrid HiLo pump:

Your pump includes an Aeolian Hose Hanger to help keep you hose attached to your pump while disconnected from the Handle. This helps prevent hose kinking and damage while storing and transporting your pump.

Your pump will arrive with the hose connected to the Aeolian Hose Hanger in the middle of the hose. Simply loosen the knot and slide it to the end of the hose that connects to the Handle.

Charging your Pump

Your Hybrid Hilo pump includes a rechargeable battery and charger. Plug the Charger into a suitable wall outlet (110V – 220V) and into the port on the Pump Cap. Charge for 2-3hours. Observe the light on the charger until it turns Green for confirmation of a complete charge. Replace the waterproof plug on the charge port on the Pump Cap.

Tips to care for your batteries:

It is advised to charge the pump every 3 months to refresh the battery and ensure maximum life.

Do not leave the pump in freezing conditions for extended periods.

Do not leave the pump outside for extended periods.

Do handle with care.

For easy troubleshooting of no operation, charge the pump.

Traveling Tips

To travel by air with your pump, carry it on board. For easier handling, you can remove the piston from the pump body be removing the 2 screws and carry-on just the piston containing the battery.

Built-in Protection

Your pump’s electrical circuit includes safety cutoffs to prevent operation in high stress conditions. The pump will shut off if run past the maximum inflation pressure of 2-3PSI.

Manual Operation

Your HiLo pump can be operated manually in Double Action and Single Action Modes by moving the slider on the Pump Cap to the desired mode. In Double Action mode, the user can pump with ease to 5-6PSI. Then, it is suggested to switch into Single Action manual mode for easy pumping to 12PSI.

Cleaning Tips

It is advised to clean your pump periodically and lube its internal components with silicone grease. Simply remove 2 screws on the cap and remove the piston from the pump body. Use soap and warm water to wipe away old grease and grime from inside the pump and from the piston shaft – do not submerge pump in water. Clean the Piston Oring before greasing and replacing it. Replace cap and screws.

Clean the hose and check the Oring for damage or wear.
